Q: What type of products do you create?

A: We create art and designs for home décor, apparel, accessories, and stationery products that inspire, affirm, and celebrate you and those dear to your heart. We create all our artwork and designs in-house.

Q: If I order multiple products, does my order come in one package?

A: We cannot guarantee that all your ordered products will be packaged together and shipped simultaneously. However, we will provide shipping confirmations and estimated delivery times once the products are shipped.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Once your purchase is processed, we will send you an order confirmation. When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with the carrier tracking number.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We cannot cancel your order once we have processed it because we immediately send it to our manufacturing partners

Q: Can I add items to my existing order?

A: We cannot add additional products to your order because orders go to our manufacturing partners immediately. However, you can place a new order.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: We do not ship to PO Boxes. We only ship within the United States and Canada. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. See our Shipping Policy
Q: When will my order/s be processed?
A: Once you place an order, your order is sent to production. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Q: How long do products take to ship?
A: 
  • Art Prints and Canvases: 5 to 7 days
  • Home Decor: 5 to 7 days
  • Apparel: 5 to 7 Days
  • Accessories: 5 to 14 days
  • Greeting Cards: 2 to 3 days
  • Other Stationery & Books: 5 to 15 days

 Q: What is your Exchange & Return Policy?

 A: 

  • Contact us first for a return or exchange code and the address to which to return or exchange the product(s). See our Return and Exchange policy for details.
  • You can return or exchange all our products for available products within 30 days from the shipped date, as long as they are in the original condition and package, not damaged, used, worn, or washed. We will notify you once we receive your return or exchange and confirm that all items are in their original condition.
  • You must pay for your return shipping unless the product(s) were damaged during shipping or due to manufacturer error. We will send you a shipping label and refund (to the original payment method) or replace your order, whichever you prefer, within 7 to 10 business days. However, it may take your bank longer to process your refund, so check with your bank.
  • We are an independent business and make every effort to create win-win policies for our customers and ourselves. However, we can only partially incur all the costs of returns and exchanges. Therefore, we will charge a 20% restocking fee on returns and exchanges when they are not our fault.
