Q: What type of products do you create?

A: We create art and designs for wall art and greeting cards. We will be adding art and surface pattern designs on home décor, apparel, and accessory products. All our artwork and designs are created in-house.

Q: If I order multiple products, does my order come in one package?

A: Yes, if you order wall art prints or canvases, but if you also add greeting cards to your order the greeting cards will be shipped in a different package from our Amazon store. 

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Once your purchase is processed, we will send you an order confirmation. When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with the carrier tracking number.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We cannot cancel your order once it has been processed because we immediately send it to our manufacturing partner. However, if there is anything wrong with your order, we will make it right. See our Return and Refund policy.

Q: Can I add items to my existing order?

A: We cannot add additional products to your order because orders go to our manufacturing partner immediately. However, you can place a new order.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: We do not ship to PO Boxes. We only ship within the United States and Canada. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. See our Shipping Policy
Q: When will my order/s be processed?
A: Once you place an order, your order is sent to production. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Q: How long do products take to ship?
  • Art Prints and Canvases: 1 to 5 days
  • Greeting Cards: 2 to 3 days
  • Once we add additional products, we will update this section.
