Q: What type of products do you create? |

A: We create in-house art and designs for our core products, fine art greeting cards, prints, and canvas wall art. In 2025, we added stylish and functional tote bags and pouches, along with inspirational hardcover journals and a heartfelt sentiments book. In 2026, we will expand to include home décor, apparel, and additional accessory collections, all thoughtfully designed to inspire, affirm, and celebrate you and those dear to your heart. |

Q: If I order multiple products, will everything arrive in one package? |
|
A: Wall art prints and canvases will ship together. However, if you add greeting cards or other products, those items may arrive in separate packages because we partner with several trusted U.S.-based manufacturers who ship directly from their facilities. |

Q: How do I check the status of my order? |
|
A: Once your purchase is processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with your carrier tracking number so you can follow your delivery. |

Q: Can I cancel my order? |
|
A: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed because they are immediately sent to our manufacturing partners. However, if anything is wrong with your order, we will make it right. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details. |

Q: Can I add items to my existing order? |

A: We cannot add items to an order once it has been placed because orders are sent to our manufacturing partners immediately. However, you are welcome to place a new order at any time. |

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes? |
|
A: We do not ship to PO Boxes. We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or text. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details. |

Q: When will my order be processed? |
|
A: Once you place an order, it is immediately sent to production. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. |

Q: Can I send items as a gift directly to someone else? |
|
A: Yes. Simply enter your recipient’s address at checkout, and we will ship the order directly to them. Please note that packing slips do not include pricing. |

Q: What are the holiday order deadlines for delivery by December 24? |
|
A: Because our products ship from different U.S. manufacturing partners, delivery times vary. As a general guideline, we recommend placing holiday orders no later than December 12 for greeting cards and accessories, and by December 15 for prints and canvases. Orders placed after these dates may still arrive in time, but we cannot guarantee holiday delivery. Once your order ships, your tracking information will provide the most accurate delivery updates. |

Q: What is your holiday return and refund policy? |
|
A: We accept returns on damaged or incorrect items. Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse. For holiday orders, please inspect your package promptly and contact us within 7 days if anything is wrong. We will always make it right. |
