What type of products do you create?

A

Welcome to our online inspirational gallery! We create vibrant, diverse, and various mixed-medium fine artwork. That inspires, affirms, and celebrates you and those dear to your heart. Our images are placed on prints, canvases, art cards, artist tote bags, t-shirts, and books. We also offer one-of-a-kind and limited-open edition products that rotate on and off our site. So, stay tuned as we add more art pieces, collections, and gifts to our gallery.

 

To note: All our artwork is created in-house by our artists.

 

Our artwork goes well with home decor, office, Airbnb, furnished rental properties, boutiques, building lobbies, and waiting room areas.

Where are your products made?

A

Most of our products are made in the USA by our manufacturing partners, who we have vetted to produce high-quality products. Some of the products are produced in Canada. However, we do create our handmade, one-of-a-kind products in-house. Again, along with all our artwork.

Where else can I purchase your products?

A

Most of our products can be purchased from our online gallery. We do have a few products on Amazon. However, buying directly from us will give you the best prices and deals.

 

To note, we do participate in local pop-up events where we offer show promotions. Sign up for our email notifications and follow us on our Facebook and Instagram channels for future announcements.


Orders

If I order multiple products, does my order come in one package?

A

We cannot guarantee that all your ordered products will be packaged together and shipped simultaneously. However, we will provide shipping confirmations and estimated delivery time once the products are shipped. If you have any questions about your order. We welcome you to contact us via email at info@heartfeltfineart.com or the Contact Us section below. Please provide the order number and purchaser's name.

How do I check the status of my order?

A

Once your purchase is processed, we will send you confirmation of your order. And when your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with the carrier tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

A

We are not able to cancel your order once it has been processed. Your order is immediately sent to our manufacturing partners. You can contact us regarding a return or exchange. Please provide the order number and purchaser's name and we can see what we can do. In addition, please review our return policy.

Can I add items to my existing order?

A

Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to add additional products to your order at this time. This is because processed orders go immediately to our manufacturing partners. However, you are welcome to order other products. We will request that our manufacturing partner send them out simultaneously, but we cannot guarantee they will.

What if I received the wrong item?

A

Your shopping experience and satisfaction are our top priority. We will replace or refund you, including any shipping charges. Please provide your order number and the purchase's name when contacting us. So, we can make it right with as much speed as is within our control. We will email you the replacement item or your refund information.

 

Shipping & Delivery

What is your Shipping Policy?

A

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

We only ship within the United States and Canada.

 

We will provide a tracking number via email or text when your order has been shipped.

Q

Do you offer Free Shipping?

A

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on most of our products, except for our art cards/greeting cards. The card shipping cost is one dollar. However, we reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

How long do products take to ship?

A

  • Single art cards within 2 to 3 days
  • 3 set art cards within 7 to 10 days
  • Art Prints and Canvases 5 to 7 days
  • Tote Bags withing 5 to 7 days
  • T-shirts within 5 to 7 days
  • Sweatshirts within 5 to 10 days
  • Books or Journal within 5 to 10 days

If there are any additional delays from our manufacturing partners. We will announce it via our website, email, and social media channels.

 

Returns or Exchange

Q

What is your Exchange & Return Policy?

A

  • You must first contact us to receive a return or exchange code and the address to send back the product/s you are returning or exchanging. See Return and Exchange policy.

 

  • You can return or exchange all our products for available products within 30 days from the shipped date. As long as it is in the original condition and package, not damaged, used, worn, and not washed. We will notify you once we receive your return or exchange after we confirm that all items are in their original condition, as stated above, via email.

 

  • In addition, you must pay for your own return shipping. Unless product/s were damaged during shipping or due to manufacturer error. We will send you a shipping label and refund (to the original payment method) or replace your order, whichever you prefer, within 7 to 10 business days. However, it may take your bank longer to process your refund, so check with your bank.           

 

  • Please note that we are a small business and make every effort to create Win-Win policies for our customers and ourselves. However, we can only partially incur all the costs of returns and exchanges. Therefore, we will charge you a 20% restocking fee on returns and exchanges when it is no fault of our own.
